Maddie founded Blue Spec Marketing in 2019 with the goal of making marketing accessible for businesses that do good.

Rhys has led marketing at several companies as a senior executive and full-stack marketer. With more than 25 years of experience identifying new opportunities, building brands, and growing sales pipelines

I excel at developing and executing ‘pufferfish’ strategies for smaller organizations by building brands that grab attention and generate qualified prospects. Knowing that every dollar counts, especially in smaller organizations, I prioritize strategies and activities that get big results without big budgets.”

Individually, we’re passionate marketing specialists who do this work because frankly, we love it and get a little obsessive about it. 

Together, we’re a family business that brings together more than 30 of experience. We’re proud to do work we care about with people we love and know that it allows us to bring our full hearts to every client we get to partner with.

When Maddie started their marketing career, Rhys gave them mentorship and, when needed, reality checks. Eventually, they started Blue Spec and when the next stage of his career called, Rhys came on board. 

Both bring a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to their clients. Their complementary skills and tireless curiosity makes them a powerful marketing duo with an extensive range of experience.
